We want you to genuinely love your order from Booker’s Treasures. 🐉📚
If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to help make it right.
📦 Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in original packaging
- in the same condition you received them
You’ll also need proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
🛠️ Book Nooks & DIY Kits
Because book nooks are DIY assembly kits, opened or partially assembled kits may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue with your kit, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- personalized or custom items
- gift cards
- sale items
- opened DIY kits that have already been assembled or used
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection laws.
Items must still be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
