The Garden House Book Nook was the very first nook I ever built—and honestly, it set the bar high.
It’s the perfect balance of intricate detail and beginner-friendly design, making it an amazing starting point if you’re new to book nooks.
This build was so much fun.
It’s detailed enough to keep you engaged, but not overwhelming. The pieces come together in a way that feels natural, and you can actually see your progress as you go—which makes it really satisfying.
The flowers and vines can be a little tricky at times, but in the best way.
👉 They force you to slow down, focus, and really be present.
And that’s honestly one of my favorite parts.
Everything else kind of fades into the background while you’re working on it—it’s incredibly relaxing.
The lighting on this nook is beautiful.
Once it’s finished and glowing on your shelf, it creates such a cozy, warm atmosphere—it really feels like a tiny hidden garden tucked between your books.
If I could change one thing?
I’d go with a motion-detected light next time (just for that extra magical touch when it turns on automatically).
This piece truly feels like a little garden house for tiny folk—full of charm, warmth, and detail.
Out of all the builds I’ve done so far…
This one is still one of my favorites.
It’s not just how it looks—it’s the experience of building it that makes it special.
